Our fantastic Performing Arts Lab (PAL) facility features large 彩排 spaces for TU bands, 唱诗班, dance teams and commercial ensembles, a professional quality recording studio, 键盘 & 生产实验室等等.

performing art lab exterior — The exterior of the TU Performing Arts Lab. 超过14个,000平方英尺的工作室, 彩排, teaching and practice space, the PAL serves almost 200 students involved in both our 20+ extracurricular music ensembles and our cutting-edge commercial music degrees.

菲兹在工作室 — 午餐大学 welcomes Philadelphia producer, songwriter and musician Brian Fitzy as our first producer-in-residence. Each semester TU hosts a guest artist, engineer or producer to spend a full week with Tiffin音乐 students. Fitzy’s sessions in November 2017 ran from noon to midnight every day, creating more than a dozen complete individual student and ensemble projects.

Rob工作室安装 — Rob Russell, one of the top recording studio integrators in the world, installing our new systems. Rob calls our setup one of the most cutting-edge, versatile and practical he’s seen in higher education. 谢谢你,罗伯特!

歌曲创作研讨会 — Tiffin音乐 songwriters workshopping some new music in a session led by Christian Porter, 波特二人组的一半 & Sayles, and featured on NBC’s The Voice.

朋友舞蹈工作室 — The TU 跳舞 Team working in our new 彩排 studio, which features a sprung floor, 双横档, 镜墙, and advanced temperature control. These talented and dedicated dancers are hard at work in 彩排s every morning at 6am!

Pal键盘实验室 — The new 键盘 and production lab features the whole line of Yamaha Clavinovas, including advanced models for beatmaking, composition and multitrack recording. Three hip hop centered beatmaking workstations will be added in early 2018.
